So what are the benefits of running sust compared to prop or test e.

I wouldn't see sust as a preferable testosterone over the latter's. Four different esters with different release times could make for unstable blood levels and the frequency of injecting as compared to testosterone c or e. Sust and prop usually have the same injection frequency, because on sust you inject based in the shortest ester in the mix. Unless price is an issue......

Not a price thing just some of the people I train with swear by it. So I was seeing if there is any benefits to it.
