    Taking IGF-1 at an young age

    If my plates arent closed wouldn't igf-1 lr3 make me grow taller?
    I'm 18, Asian and 5'9.

    Hang around people who are shorter than you. That always seems to make me feel taller. I typically have to travel to Asian countries to do that though.
