I think it is too early for clen since you have high bodyfat %.
My guesstimate is around 21-22%.
I'm not sure exactly from how you phrased your cardio schedule, but if you implied a hiit style cardio I've read you should avoid this while on clen.
Build muscle.
Clen is usually used for people who have plateud in their fat loss goals (albeit, near the single digits). I managed to cut down from 17ish % to sub 13% in 6 weeks from pure diet and cardioI recommend you do the same!

Lmfao, I've tried keto and I've definitely tried upping cardio.
Well clen won't help you.
Do you get enough sleep? Are you stressed? Do you track calories properly? Micro/Macro nutrients? How active are you outside the gym (desk job, do you move around alot?)
Also, try experimenting with hill sprints or sprints on a flat surface. Get to a park and do a good 10-15min of sprinting (obviously with breaks). Walking can only do so much even if its on an incline. As well as this, have you tried a 5x5 program or a doing full body workouts filled with compound movements rather than isometric lifts?

Give austinites fat loss protocol a try?
21-22%, someone had a great strategy or wearing a weight vest for their cardio to trick their body into thinking they're heavier than they are. The logic is good, give that a try? As uhit said are you counting calories properly? Do you know your TDEE? Did you use a starvation diet?
Carb & Calorie cycling should help boost the metabolism and break the plateau.
Increase water, & increase cardio. At 20-22% you should still be able to lose weight at a good pace.
People, maybe he did plateau. People have f**** up metabolisms. Answer his question, will clen help him get to the single digits or help him lose fat? I haven't done Clen myself, so I'm curious!
In the other hand, you should really consider their suggestions, and if you feel you did all of that and nothing. Give it a shot
Telling someone what they want to hear doesn't mean it's the right answer to a question. It means why seek advice in the first place if you already know what you want the answer to be.
IMO just continue to eat maintenance and lift. You don't want to be losing more weight because you're already fairly lean, it's just the BF% that is the problem. Just become a better 182-185.
You shouldn't even consider bulking.
Start lifting heavy weights, increase the cardio fasted in the AM.
You'll see results by cycling carbs/cals around.
Save the clen for when you are really stuck at 12% and want to get leaner.
THEN - you can slowly bulk w/ confidence.
Just cut slowly then. Find your actual TDEE, count your macros and eat under it. Give http://forums.steroid.com/supplement...-products.html a go
If you bulk, you're going to probably look like shit, but be stronger at your BF%, because eating above maintenance, you're naturally going to be gaining some fat along the muscle. If you're bulking at 20% bodyfat, don't expect to have six pack
abs and good muscle definition. It depends on what your goals are. If you only wanna be strong, or wanna be strong and look good, or just look good?
If you cut, don't be depressed when your strength goes down, and you start to lose weight
with some stubborn belly fat that you'll be angry you can't lose. You have to let your body transform over time. There is NO IMMEDIATE effects that can be made without negative repercussion.
It took your body a certain amount of time to look this way, it's going to take a good amount of time to change it.
You could burn 1000 calories cleaning your room!
