Steroids are a poor choice for you. Read http://forums.steroid.com/anabolic-s...-steroids.html. please.

No steroids, you need fasted cardio. Wake up in the morning on an EMPTY stomach and go running. Fasted running burns a good amount of fat. Fasted walking for the same amount of calories burns more fat % than anything though (given it would take alot longer)

Figure out your maintenance calories you need, and eat 500 calories below that everyday for muscle-sparing continuous weight loss and fat loss. At 25-30% BF it's very easy to drop BF naturally and since you're 18 your metabolism should be above average.

You'll potentially screw up your natural test levels by taking steroids at 18 among many other risks like not reaching full brain and bone structure growth and high blood pressure etc. it's a TERRIBLE IDEA.

You should figure out an activity to do everyday like football, basketball etc with groups of friends so it makes burning calories and getting exercise less of a chore.

Continue to lift and stay motivated, good luck!

Your body will respond significantly by learning a little discipline in the kitchen as well. Learn what to eat, what to avoid, learn what your TDEE is, develop a nutritional plan, and cut by a minimum 500 calories a day. That with intense cardio within 50 to 80 percent of your max heart rate a minimum 40 minutes a day every other day will do wonders. The other variable is time. No short cuts. Diligence, dedication and determination of a period of time will get you the results you seek

    Good luck!

Fasted cardio is not bro science. Pawning it off as bro science is ignorant. You burn more than 15% more fat in the same amount of time you eat before a meal then after.

funny i thought it was 12.6565%..

IMO cardio is a good tool, but it is just a way to burn calories. thats all.. whether in the morning, noon, or night. fed or not fed.

it could be argued fed cardio enables one to burn more cals than fasted due to better ability to maintain a higher intensity longer. ive done fasted, fed, a lot of cardio and not a lot of cardio and been able to get just as lean either way. what matters is what works best for you.

You exercise before you eat, metabolism increases for 3-4 hrs, less calories per bite during breakfast and walah! That is just common sense, not even getting into technicalities about how the fasted state is a survival instinct and how it will spare all the muscle it can while it's not getting food for energy. You actually do burn more calories per mile or what have you, when you're full. That is because your body isn't fighting to give out energy, you already have excess in you from eating so it's used right up.

I don't have PROOF as all of the articles etc. from bodybuilding websites that i've read aren't "credible" to your standards, but there's PLENTY of them. And no, i don't have any studies, but neither do you to prove it otherwise. So selective stalemate.

All i know, is that when i've incorporated it into my workout regimen, it helped me. Other people including myself have noticed that my abs look alot better than they did before because i had gotten rid of a little stubborn lower belly fat that seemed to never have gone away no matter how low my BF% was. No way to insure this, as i've also fixed up my diet and am eating in a slight caloric deficit. But also, just know that Jay Cutler did about 1,000 calories worth of fasted cardio with heat packs around his waist in the morning when he woke up before breakfast to prepare for the 2013 olympia.

"Bro science" or not, i'm a testimonial and i'd say it works pretty well. Half of the people that talk about how it doesn't work and is bro science has never tried it INCLUDING YOURSELF. So before you call BS on something, at least have some experience to back up your claims.

IMO diet and cardio is all you need bud. I have cut using drugs, and not using drugs. When you have a large amount of muscle mass, and your body is used to cycling I would recommend a moderate test dose to preserve muscle while in a calorie deficient diet. That however is not your situation. Eat smaller meals, carb cycle and do cardio 45 mins DAILY. the stair master will absolutely work wonders in combination with a lifting routine and low carb correct diet.

Fasted Cardio Does NOT Enhance Fat Loss

I found this, but I also found plenty supporting your claims. I suppose it comes down to what works for the individual.

To me, fasted or fed cardio doesn't make a difference. If you're doing HIIT a lot of the caloric burn happens after the workout. What's in your stomach at the time of the workout does not affect your caloric burn after the workout. I personally can't workout on an empty stomach. I've always done fed cardio and have had good results. I think it's more important to concentrate on the diet and workout then eating before/after the workout. My .02

At 18, steroids are a very poor choice and even if you took something, your abs will still not show because you dont know how to diet yet.
Unlike what you heard, steroids are not this magic potion that you take and one day you have abs. It is just an aid, to help people out for when they have reached their natural peak, and want to take it to the next level.
I would spend some time reading in the diet section. Look at the how to cut sample diet in the sticky, to give you an idea of what a cutting diet would look like and design one for your body type.
You are only 18 and would see amazing results right now with a perfect diet, gym, and cardio. There is always room for steroids in the future if you still see a need for it.

Forget about the scale. Get yourself some cheap calipers and start getting your body fat percentage down to 10-12%, with a well, put together diet and i guarantee you, you will be happy with the results and might even discard the thought of steroids.

Regardless, unless you learn how to diet and drop body fat, even in the future, steroids would still be out of the question. So at this age it would be a great idea to start learning how to diet and cutting body fat, so when the day comes in a few years, you will have the knowledge to jump in there correctly.

    Good luck!!

^^^^ Exactly. It's not a hard thing to accomplish. Enough test and tren I'm sure you can weaken your heart also.

Kids now days have strange ambitions. When I was 18 I mostly just wanted to get laid, have a fast/nice car and make money. Now kids want to do what they can to have life long health issues; if they are lucky enough to live. Weird.

    Best of luck.

OMG I think that has to be the worst excuse I have heard yet for someone not wanting to inject and just use orals. At least have the balls (while you still have them) to admit you are afraid of needles to the point you would rather destroy your liver at a young age. At least your idol Z was not a pvss, he was just stupid.
