First time around I used quads.
You are going to be sore from virgin muscle but you will get use to it.
It's all in the technique-research as much as possible, there is even videos on injecting.
Steady and slow also very sterile

Quads are hell! Idk why so.many people love tjat spot it is lainfull as hell XD.

But try it if it bearable for you then yes is a great spot. I know I cant walk after an injection there.

Glute are mostly painless.

Delt is very easy and pretty much pain free.

Ive tried triceps which went well, akward but ok.

I hate quad I dont think.ill ever do them again...

Do as you wish there is plenty of site.

I also do in the bathroom room.

Best advice I was given was to try multiple locations and see what works best for me. I settled on quads. Everyone is different.

For me, quads are painless and I can sit down, relax, and easily see what I'm doing.

can't do quads to many blood vessels I love the ventro glute so easy right in front of you just like quads

I like glutes. If the AAS is Prop it'll hurt and I hate limping around when I shoot quads.

I'm scared of quads. Hit a nerve first time. Won't try again. I like delts, pecs and bis.
