I love my life! I’m happy and horny now that I’ve been lifting.
I started weight training when 16km = 10 miles running a day gave me shin splints.
Whilst recovering, I read a lot and realized now more than ever is my time to create and build muscle.
I also concluded that I must stay within my recuperative ability.
I’m going to put my workout program and background, stats, personality, etc in the Workout & Training section (title will be “Brutal Honesty Please”) and I invite your replies.
