Plz comment on my expectations of my first cycle.

Im 36 y/o 5'10" 220lb and will be starting my first cycle in about 2 weeks. I'll be pinning Test E by itself twice a week at 250mg. Are my expectations of a 10 pound gain along with a 2% drop in body fat reasonable given my current position. Also this will be a 12 week cycle. I've included some links below of my current condition.

Also should I just pin once a week or stick with twice a week?

You have a ai and hcg?
What's your pct look like?
Everything else looks good and goals are reasonable.

Have test and HCG already. Waiting on my AI and I have scheduled bloodwork on Monday.

That's going to be clomid and Nolvadex. That's going to be here in a few days as well.

Just some info for you
You will start feel the test kick in after 3-4 weeks most likely after 4th week
Increase your clean food intake
Do not stop eat or change your routine thru your pct.
Pct can be mentally tough on some people who think they need to be on to gain or train and slow things down and loose there gains
There is a great skickie written on how to keep gains after cycle you should read.
Dont no matter what start your cycle till you have everything in hand.
