Id keep it simple, Start at 40mcg clen .day. Take 1mg ketotifen at night before bed every night, You can run the clen for 6-8 weeks straight effectively this way and you can probably keep doses at around 40-80mcg consistently and using keto keep it very effective as well as safe.
If you choose to stick with the 2 weeks on/2 off thats fine too but ditch the arbitrary dose increases. If your doing great at say 60mcg- stick with 60mcg- no need to up unnecessarily.
