Great forum BTW! I took gear back in the late 80's and had great gains (34lbs.) in 5 months and have always trained since without gear. I started earlier this year back on gear to gain some mass. I'm now 50 and I started my first cycle as followed: Test C 500mg wk for 12 weeks, Dbol 40mg ED for 6 weeks with .5 AI 2x week. I was off for 4 weeks before 2nd cycle that I'm on now so I didn't use a PCT. The 2nd consists of 600mg Test E & 400mg Deca divided and pinned Sundays & Weds, 50mg Dbol ED for first 6 weeks and .25 AI EOD. I'm currently at the end of week 8 of a 12 week cycle and have gotten good gains. I'm 5'7" and started at 168 lbs. and now at 191 lbs. Since I've been eating pretty clean and everything in sight, I've maintained my BF% at around 19%. I know, a bit high. I'm planning my 3rd cycle which will be a cutting cycle to become more lean hard and vascular. I will be prepping for a March NPC show competing in Masters 50+ Physique. I will be starting my strict lean diet and increase cardio with the help of my trainer at the first part of December. My questions are as follows and would like some opinions.
For my cutting cycle, I'm looking at: 150mg Test Prop EOD for 10 wks, 100mg Masteron EOD for first 5 wks, 100mg Trenbolone Ace EOD last 5 wks, 50mg Winny ED last 6 wks and .25 AI EOD. I may also add an ECA stack to the mix.
Thoughts on this cycle? Also, between the current cycle and my cutting cycle, there will be about an 8-9 week gap. Should I start a PCT or will I be fine? Finally, is a 10 week cycle long enough and would it be better to end cycle as close to showtime as possible or come off a bit before?
