HCG (not yet mixed with BAC water) 4-7 months past Expiration Date?

I have a sealed, unopened vial of HCG not yet mixed with Bac Water.

The expiration says 2014/02/05

Anyone have experience using past the expiration date like this? Still good?

I was told it depends on how it is stored (by a pharmacist). Guess it can last quite a while if stored correctly.

Maybe mix it up and try it out on a pregnancy kit to see if it's still active?

Medicines degrade by roughly 10% each year after there UB. I'd use it.

Lyophilized hCG is very stable if kept in a dry cool environment. 6-7 months past exp date is nothing. Use it up and enjoy.
