Hey everyone. I have been a member here, but not very active. I've lurked on many boards and posted on some. I just figured I would introduce myself, I don't believe that I have on this board. (And if I have, my apologies for attention whoring LOL)!
Anyways, I am sort of on my first cycle - my first attempt at a cycle started of with a "bang," 2 torn rotator cuffs cause a guy didn't spot me when he should of while doing max effort bench with bands attached. I was just starting to feel it. Now I am starting to feel like i can get good sessions in once again. I have been training pretty much since I was in high school, and am now 33. I am on 200 of test and 110-120 NPP EOD and have been for around 6 weeks. Feeling pretty good, no sides, workouts getting better and injuries aren't in the way they were a little while ago. Ifeel like I am ready to make some strides now.
Anyways, sorry for the long post, and thank you to all of the contributors here on this site, and I am looking forward to being a member of this forum
