    Creatine after a cycle?

    I've read that creatine is a waste during a cycle,but should be taken with my post? Opinions?

    I read in a forum. Honestly don't remember with one. A couple of different members were saying it's a waste of money and it should be saved for recovery.

    I have taken creatine for years when ever I lift regularly. Just didn't know if I should do it during a cycle. This is my first. Good read though. Thanks!

    The only reason i wouldnt take it on cycle is if i was on orals and wanted to give my liver a break

    I like after cycles myself. I think its a nice natural boost in performance which
    can be very beneficial through this period.
