You said you were get/got results with tamox so did you stop before all gyno signs were gone and they came back?
Need a little more if did it go away and come back?
    Did it never go away?
    Was it steroid caused?
Did you get blood work and e2 levels checked?
    Did you take anything else's?

    This ^^^

in many cases of old gyno its going to need to be cut out. but maybe you can shrink it where its not an issue

This guy will take care of ya, timing is definitely important..how long have you had the gyno and how severe it is and whether it is primary or pseudo gyno will all be determining factors in treatment....in many cases, conventional treatments are enough to regress it but not necessarily eliminate it!
