I try not to let sides be my guide for how much of something I do. Im sure you know how your fatloss is sans clen, after a couple weeks in assess how it is with the clen at 100mcg/day. If its better - well there you go. If not maybe up it but damn I know people who have taken and do take a lot of clen. Long ago I took pretty high doses too. Later when I used keto all thwe time I got conservative and setlled in around 60mcg maybe 80mc dont recall 100%. Now I use albut all the time not clen but either way man. Let progress with compared to without be your dosage guide, nit sides man. Eiyher way I wouldnt go over 140mcg/day and I really feel thaats a lot mn (admittedly the older I get the more conservative/smarter/both I become)
