First time on the forum. Actually first time on any forum I'm 39 years old 5"11 in height I weigh 87k. I have been training for 5 years Now on and off
minimum 4 times a week. Had some time off due to personal reasons and I'm getting back into my groove only now I would like to enhance. I have done some research but as you experienced guys know this could be draining as their are so many opinions it's hard to pinpoint where to begin. I have a plan but just need it smoothed out to get me on the right path. Hope someone can help with the right advice.😀 thanx
