    Whats the best bulking stack for a beginner male?

    Hello everyone! I'm new here and I'm sure my questions have already been answered several times in many different threads. But for the sake of saving time I'm going to ask outright to anyone who is willing to help with there knowledge and personal experience. i have cycled myself and I know tons about what to do for a woman but I am looking for the best beginner stack for my partner... He is 6'2" 175LB and wants to put on on a good 20LB of muscle. He is nervous about cycling for the first time given all the negative nonsense out there. If anyone could help with a good beginner cycle stack and appropriate dosages per day I would be sooo grateful

    How old is he? How long has he been training? Little small for 6'2 sounds like he could grow a little more naturally first.

    Properly planned test e or test c only cycle with AI, hGC and PCT, plus (and very important) well planned nutrition.

    Right here^^^^ whatever gear he will get on will only show temporary results if he is not training and eating right

    Stack food, lifting and rest. It's the best combo I've found.

    Stack some eggs and oatmeal for breakfast. Then stack chicken, steak, potatoes, veggies, rice, for the next 6 meals throughout the day. Run that cycle for 12 weeks with proper training and you will bulk up.

    I would do test 500mg/w, and throw a little Adex in the mix eod. i would also advice him to tune up his didet to meet his goals of gaining or cutting. The best cycle to bulk or cut is diet. You can bulk or cut on any steroid but without changing your diet to reflect your goals, the magic wont happen.

    Typically, I don't like to give advice to third parties when little is known about the party in question.

    All the usual information is needed first:

    Age
    Years intense training in the gym
    Knowledge/practice of nutrition


    here's the problem. he's probably a hard gainer. which means he's not consuming enough. which also means that unless he changes his eating regime permanently, any gains will probably dissipate post cycle. He needs to learn to eat first, and then after substantial time in the gym, he may be ready.

    Make sense?
