Hello everyone!I'm new here and I'm sure my questions have already been answered several times in many different threads. But for the sake of saving time I'm going to ask outright to anyone who is willing to help with there knowledge and personal experience. i have cycled myself and I know tons about what to do for a woman but I am looking for the best beginner stack for my partner... He is 6'2" 175LB and wants to put on on a good 20LB of muscle. He is nervous about cycling for the first time given all the negative nonsense out there. If anyone could help with a good beginner cycle stack and appropriate dosages per day I would be sooo grateful
