    Third Cycle Preview

    Hey guys, planning my third cycle here. My ultimate goal is to bulk. Few quick stats.

    1st cycle was the standard Test E only. Started at roughly 170lbs made it up to about 190lbs on the cycle and then maintained 180 post cycle.

    2nd cycle was Test E/Tren E, went from 180lbs to just about 210lbs during the cycle. Fell back to 195lbs for quite awhile... now resting at about 185-190lbs due to slacking on the diet portion.

    So here I begin my 3rd cycle, I don't want to do Tren again... felt to many sides such as major sweating and bad acne on my chest which has left some unfortunate scarring. I have been researching both EQ and Deca... leaning more towards EQ but I could go either way at this point. I read the Novice guide and thought it looked pretty much on spot for what I wanted to do.

    Stats as of now. 27yrs old, resting weight between 185-190, 5' 11" tall. Weightlifting for past 3+ years... 4 years of crossfit prior to that (sorry I was in the army, I had no choice!)

    So, what are peoples thought's on the cycle, anything outdated now that I should add or subtract?

    It's waaaaay too much for your stats. 2 cycles in at 185lbs you should really be focusing on your diet not pumping nearly 1g of test a week into your system. In fact at week 13 you'll have more than 1g pw with that amount of prop. You'll get no love for EQ around here either. And you should run HCG on cycle and you pct is inadequate.

    You want to bulk? Test only at 500mg pw with a great diet will work wonders for you. Get the basics right (you appear to have a lack of of understanding with on and post cycle ancillaries) and you can't go far wrong.

    Good advice as always and to the op i am 47yrs old 6 feet tall weigh 225lb
    All i run now is 500mg of test when i cycle.....diet is the key along with hard training and resting of course.

    More is not always better!!

    Thank you for the advice sir!

    I actually meant to change that EQ to Deca, I just didn't have time to update the picture.

    As for my diet I agree, I have a really hard time maintain a high enough calorie count for some reason. I will take your advice though.

    IMO you are thinking about taking double what i would recommend. You just dont need that much at this point and its a waste IMO.

    I would be spending as much time as i can in the diet section and would be starting the diet now, before the cycle. Get the diet perfectly dialed in and the amounts you will need to meet your goals can be cut to half. You are committing the same mistake i see so many doing. Which is leaning more on the steroids and less on the diet, thinking the steroids will fix what you lack in diet. This will never happen and if it does, you will lose 10X more by getting bigger with steroids instead of growing with food, when the cycle is over.

    At this point i would recommend taking 500mg/w of Test E/C and maybe Deca 400mg/w. On top of this cycle, dial up your diet to perfection. You need to diet to meet your goals and not juice to meet those same goals. I guarantee that if you are able to accomplish dialing in your diet perfectly, you will see the best results you have seen yet!!

    Thanks for the advice man. After posting this question to a few different forums the general consensus is the same all around, fix my diet. Many people recommended to get back on top my diet and maybe run the basic Test-E cycle again... I think I may just do that and possibly run dbol along with it.

    I definitely want to get on Deca some day but I don't want to waste money if I can't commit to the diet portion.
