Hi everybody. I'm a 43 year old IT Consultant who started TRT in March. While I'm new to some of this, I've been following the scene since the days of MM2k and Dan Duchaine. I've even got an old copy of Body Opus in my office downstairs, alongside the Steroid Bible, and cassette tapes of interviews with the Guru; from around the same era. I read a lot, but I don't always post, so even though you may not hear from me, I'm usually on here... keeping up with things when I have time.
I have been using my 200mg/wk Test C as a base, for blasting and cruising since starting TRT. When I first started, I gained weight fast, but it wasn't all good weight. I was 210 when I started in March, and climbed to 220 (also quit smoking in February), at which point I decided that if I wanted to blast, I had to get my bf% down first, so I started cutting. I'm currently at 185 (back up from 180), and it's amazing how much of what you thought was muscle.... really isn't once you get the bf out of the way.
By the way, I'm not sure if that's a lot, but I dropped 40lbs in about 4 months. I was pretty proud of myself. :-)
Once I hit 180, I switched back to bulking, and started my current blast. I'm not planning on competing, I'm just looking to improve my physique as much as possible. I'd be thrilled with 12% bf and 200, at this point. Advice is welcome, as I'm always learning, so feel free to comment.
