    Cellucor p6

Hope i'm posting this in the right room... I've only taken Creatine, been cycling it on and off basically for parts of the last 15 years while I lift. I have been told Cellucor P6 as a testosterone booster will help with strength gains. My friend has done the 90 day stack with red and black.

Any feedback? Are there better entry points into testosterone boosters? More effective? Less side effects?

    Open to suggestions.

    Kevin

OTC test boosters are useless, your test needs to be raised substantially to have any real effect, the most a test booster will do is raise your libido.

What would you recommend? I'm looking for a starting point. Other chats have said dont waste your time on herbal crap... I'm looking for steady gains and starting out in small doses. I'm 42 and done with kids... Do I need to go to enonthate? Are there other options?

    Thanks for the feedback

Just continue to work on your diet and training. How long have you been training, what are your goals, what are your stats, weight/height/body fat %?

X2. Know that many OTC test boosters can be suppressive of your natural T production. At 42, I'd start with solid blood work to see how things are and establish some baselines.

Well, you seem a likely candidate for cycling. As kelkel mentioned it'd be a great idea to go get bloodwork done and establish some baselines.

Just found this useful thread, couldn't find kelkels thread on bloodwork, possibly PM him when you can and ask for him to point you to it.

    You'll also need this.

I have the red one. I notice a difference, but just getting back into working out, so likely it is just those beginner gains, but it cant all be placebo effect either

Thank you... General feedback is that there is something to them but risk-reward seems far more favorable with real thing

They truly are useless and typically garbage.

Haha I should've done the same, I used one for about 2 weeks, it raised my libido but being a 19 year old with an already raging sex drive that was one of the last benefits I was looking for.. Ended out throwing out the rest of the powder to use the container lmao.

p6 is a waste of money. Good results from isatori's brand of test boosters and barracuda by Marc Lobliner. What I mean by results is an increase in libido and general well being. Not muscle gains. It's not steroids.
