    trouble sleeping after tortoise effect ? Any help

    hey fellows:

    I just started another cycle with aggressive workout routine. I'm see some results now, mostly in the upper body parts, shoulders and arms but I am not overlooking the lower parts too!

    The problem is lately i have trouble sleeping and when I fall asleep I wake up with extreme neck pain. I believe this is due to change in mass size in my shoulders, arms, chest or generally the upper muscle groups of the body. I feel that like my neck is also sticking out like tortoise.

    By the way, i have good pillows, so can any one advise how i should improve this damn tortoise effect situation.

    are you running tren? If so i believe that may be causing your neck pain, i get the same thing and am poining my finger on tren

    Try light upper back stretching and neck rolls when you wake up. Hopefully, it will.increase the circulation and decrease the inflammation.

    You're probably thrusting your neck forward while lifting at the gym or something. Adding muscle to your upper body should not hurt your posture.
