hey fellows:
I just started another cycle with aggressive workout routine. I'm see some results now, mostly in the upper body parts, shoulders and arms but I am not overlooking the lower parts too!
The problem is lately i have trouble sleeping and when I fall asleep I wake up with extreme neck pain. I believe this is due to change in mass size in my shoulders, arms, chest or generally the upper muscle groups of the body. I feel that like my neck is also sticking out like tortoise.
By the way, i have good pillows, so can any one advise how i should improve this damn tortoise effect situation.
