Hi Everyone
New member here, been lurking on and off for quite a while now. Figured I'd start actually posting now that I'm finally really stepping up my training/diet and am leaning towards wanting to try out my first aas cycle. I'm only turning 25 in a few months so I'm in no rush, probably won't be until next summer, want to give myself plenty of time to consider options and learn as much as possible.
I used to train 5-6 times a week for a little over a year straight up until about 6 years ago, then training became very intermittent (although I've always had very physical, outdoor jobs to keep me in shape) up until this summer when I really dove back into it. I've put on just under 20lbs (I was fluctuating between 140-145 when I was less active, now i'm a steady 160) and lost fat simultaneously and if I had to guess am sitting at roughly 10% bf in the last 2.5 months. I know that probably doesn't sound too impressive but I was 110lbs through most of highschool, and when I was training six years ago it took me over a year to fight my way up to 130 lbs, so this progress has been amazing for me.
Anyways that's my back story, I'll probably have to re-explain most of that when I start asking questions in the other forums but, oh well. Looking forward to getting some advice from everyone here.
