This is the study that convinced me test is worth trying

I can't post actual links so here it is with a bunch of spaces :
    ncbi .nlm. nih. gov /pubmed/17530941

My question is, is there a study that has been done on the strength/mass gains with testosterone + hCG + a-dex (8-12 weeks) along with other changes to health and how much of that strength/ mass is maintained after a full cycle of clomid + nolvadex(8-12 weeks)?

I would also appreciate "studies" in the form of the experience of just yourself if thats all I can find.

I certainly have not exhausted all of the studies on pub med, but I don't think you are going to find a study looking specifically at steroid use with ancillaries and its effects on gains/side effects in weightlifters. Most studies are done on AIDS patients and other wasting condition to see if they can increase body mass. They rarely look at substances like this for off label recreational uses. Additionally they typically need someone to fund the studies, and no one is going to fund a study looking at recreational use of a controlled substance.

I stand corrected, thanks kelkel... Apparently you have to sift through a lot of BS on pubmed before you can find anything worth reading. This is why they're admins and I am a newbie, haha.

Thats exactly the type of professional work i'm looking for. My question (Ill try to be more clear here) is about how much of the gains made while using testosterone can be maintained during and after post cycle therapy, and are there any such studies that look at overall health in addition to strength/mass gains?

I'll go out on a limb (and hope someone corrects me) and say it's doubtful this is out there as there are simply to many variables: training intensity, drugs used - duration and amounts, nutrition, a person's individual androgen receptor sensitivity and so on. But I'll look.

And welcome to the forum, both of you guys.

I would add that during PCT that there is enough empirical data to suggest that eating just over maintenance and continuing your intensity (obviously not nearly the same weight) will promote muscle tissue retention and reduce the risk of lost muscle tissue due to AAS no longer being present to assist healing process. PCT is arguably a critical and vulnerable time. Use it wisely.
