Giving blood...Quick question

I have never given blood before I am at the end of week 3 in a 10 week cycle. I am going to have blood work done first part of week 5(Thats the plan)

My question is should I go ahead and donate blood in week 4? Or wait till after I get my mid cycle BW back? Thanks

You can do it sooner, that way you can see where your RBC is at. More than likely it will be raised a little due to cycle but giving blood should lower it.

Are you getting E2/sensitive tested also? It's a good idea.

Yea man I am I going to get everything I need done. If it doesn't cost a lot on money I would like to get extra just to be on safe side. Also to check everything.
