Hey there everyone
My name's James and I first joined this forum about 12 months ago, however forgot my password and haven't been back in a fair while.
Anyways, I'm currently 19 and know that I'm not starting juicing yet (if at all), as I said in my first introduction, I'm just here to get to know more about stacks and roids in general, it's been a topic that has interested me for a long time now, so I figured I might as well get back onto the forum.
So yeah I'm 19, 6ft even and around 81.8kg (180lbs) and ~18% bf atm. I started lifting 20 months ago and since starting have put on around 20 kg (not all muscle but vast majority of it is). Due to starting an apprenticeship I've struggled to get to the gym for the past 2 months (working 50-60 hours a week really took me a while to get used to), but have noticed my body starting to get used to the workload and have started back at the gym.
I've noticed with all this time at work I'm getting a lot more active and have lost around 5kg (I know its not all fat, but I'm a bit more lean looking, so I've started to clean my diet back up and very keen to see the next months results.
