    first cycle strategy

    Hi guys, I am new to this forum as I am new to the pro hormones topic.
    I am looking for help and tips on building my first cycle, any feedback and critic is appreciated.
    So I have been lifting for about 3-3.5 years now. First year strictly for boxing, weight was kept the same for competing, I was always on the skinny side, around 145-149 lb. Now I am 24 years old 175lb 5.9', main lifts bench 235x1, Dead lift 370x1(no straps, no belt) squat 315x1. My goal is men's physique kind of look.
    I have been leaning towards steroids for last couple months but I don't want to start it until I map everything from the very first day to the end. So it brings me here for help and advice.
    So as my first cycle I was thinking
    Test e 500mg/w week 1-10
    Anavar weeks 4-10 50mg ED
    Adex Week 1-12 0.25 mg eod
    HCG week 3-10 250 iu 3x week
    PCT week starts week 13
    Nolva 40/20/20/20
    Now here I don't know should I also add clomid or that's enough for PCT, I am also thinking about tren but I read it's not a good idea for first cycle I just thought that If I am gonna do gear might as well get most out of it. Anyways please critique this cycle let me know what you think.

    No the tren would not be a good idea. You dont learn to drive using a Ferrari.

    I gave it a good read, will wait on tren thanks, will also add clomid to my PCT, liver support, extend the whole cycle by 2 weeks as well. I was also wondering about routine better to do a bro split one muscle a day 5-6 days a week? Or a strength 5x5 sorta routine, right now I am on 5x5 type of routine. on cycle I was planning on doing bro split 6-7 exercises 4x8 heavy. what do you think would benefit me more in terms of a lean bulk. Diet will be 400 cal over maintenance, no junk. Please comment

    Seeing your lift you could continu a good program full body 5x5 3-4times a week with a linear progression for a while.

    With steroid youll gain way faster this way.

    Once you stop you should start linear periodization style progression. For your big lift.

    The steroids will make the beginners methods works longer.
    When you are off it wont work.anymore cause you wont be a beginner anymore.

    Guys, what do you think about running 500 test e for 12 and deca 300 for 10, HCG 1000iu a week, arimidex .5mg e3d, caber .5 3x week. PCT starts week 15 clomid 100/100/50/50, dunno if I should take Nolva with deca, let me know guys. I am planning first cycle in about 2-2.5 months so trying to educate myself more on it. Let me know if I missed something or if I should add stuff. Thanks.

    Better off with just tes and leave the deca alone for now. Hcg @ 500 ius a week is plenty and adex@ .25 eod for starters. No need to make it complicated, just keep it simple .

    Thanks for advice, so If I were to go with this just test cycle would I need to add Nolva to PCT or just clomid is enough? Also after just a test cycle how long should you wait for next one cause I am sure it will happen if things go well with the first one, same rules apply time on cycle+pct=off cycle?

    So cycle is getting closer, another month or month and a half, right now I am deciding what test to stick with test e, or test prop, I know you have to pin the later one a lot more often and I heard the infections are painfull but it all depends if it's worth it, are the results any different, I am assuming you get more test out of prop cause you pin more so that in my head means more gains also probably gonna run t-bol for 6 weeks with it, it all depends on what test I will choose if test e will tak d-bol, if prop t-bol. Adex will start at .5 eod, HCG 500 a week. Lately I have gained another 5 lb, max lifts didn't grow much but I can do them for more reps.

    Okay so I went for test prop for my first cycle. Seen some solid gains. However I misjudged how much I needed and I have about 1.5ml left so about two shots, shooting 3 times a week so until Monday.

    I’ve just ordered some more from naps – anyone know if they are good?

    Question is if I take the next two shots and my stuff comes in two weeks so I skip two shots what will happen?

    Or is it best to try make these two last for next week and not shoot today?

    Hey guys.... I will start my first cycle in feb 1st. I'm 5'7 260 lbs. is test prop with a clean diet (low calorie) good to help lose weight?

    Is there a reason you would not want to start your own thread vs jumping on one that is a few months old?
    Test prop, test E, Test C or any other type of test have nothing to do with loosing weight.

    If you are 5' 7" 260 lbs I hope when you say your first cycle will be Feb 1 you mean 2016 because you need to loose a good 80 lbs before you should cycle

    Get your diet dialed in and your BF% down to 15% max... b4 you cycle! Just my .02!

    So here we go first 2 pins in 250mg of test e each. Went smooth. Also taking 40 mg of tbol this week (will bump the dosage next week)and.5mg Adex, will start shooting HCG in 2 weeks 250iu x2. Don't feel much yet, workouts feel normal, pump is great. Looking forward to start feeling the test kick in.
