I will be taking 700iu a week starting week 3 - 12 do I have to split it up to 350iu twice weekly or can I can I do one 700iu shot weekly?

Def split your shots up twice a week. Why 700 ius of hcg a week? Most guys respond well to 250 iu's twice a week.

I was reading on HCG and I read so many diffrrent numbers are needed weekly to make a difference. So you think just 250iu x2 a week is enough?

the least amount that works for you is best so Id try 250iu's-2x/week. That works well for me personally. Id try that. You can always up it but I think you will do fine with the 250iu's per shot, 2x/week.

peopel have their ways, i norm rec last 4-5 weeks of cycle just before PCT to do 250-500iu 2x a week.
