hi guys , I will be running test propionate for 10 weeks at 500mg and winny for the first 3 weeks and the last 4 weeks at 50mg per day.

my question is do I need to run hcg on cycle and a anti estrogen?
im planning do it only during pct but do I need it also on cycle? if yes how should I run the hcg and which anti-e at what dosage, thank you for the help.

I will be also running proviron at 50mg for the last 4 weeks
