    Horrible weekend.

Diet was going great for past 3-4 months. Well me and wife ate at Burger King 2x this weekend. Then saturday friends were over and I had pizza and beers. Now I feel like crap. Lol. How many of you do this on the weekend. Hope this doesn't set me back. Guess I'll run a lot this week.

Are you counting your macros? I eat shit like that whenever I feel like it, most of the time it's good foods but basically every day I'll have something nice and on my refeed days I'll eat a bunch of ice cream or something.

You just need to make sure you keep under your TDEE and you can eat whatever you like, obviously with it's limits. Most of your food should be from micronutrient dense whole foods.

You will be fine, probably feel like shite for a day or two, but it might do you some good, mentally and physically. Just don't streess over it and think of it as a positive, spiking calories to boost your metabolism.

I've been good up to this point. My wife also but she says I'm too strict with the food. ( but she complains about her weight also) shhhhh.... Lol. So I kinda felt the urge to eat till I was full. I stopped weighing and counting. I meal prep every day. Like tomorrow is

4am- 6 eggehites 1 cup oats plain with 2 bananas
8am- 6oz chicken breast with 1/2 cup brown rice
    10am 1 5oz plain Greek yogurt and a cucumber
Noon-8oz ground bison 2 celery sticks with almond butter
4pm- 8oz baked Cornish hen, peas carrots small salad (Greek yogurt mix with Dijon ) dressing
    8pm-chicken breast

All eggs and meat are from a farm not grocery store.
All I'll drink is about 96oz water
    1fish oil pill
    Multi vitamin
    Digestive enzymes
    Rsp bccas

Edit: lowered carbs due to neck muscle has me not training. Only running.

I am not that strict, right now is bulk season for me so I eat as much and whatever I want. During cut season I am a bit more strict but I don't have any desire to get below 10% so I still have treats and stuff. If you aren't being paid to get super lean or jacked, then you have to live a little or this lifestyle can become more work than fun.

Funny you mention this. I found that doing this while training and cardio is excellent for bulking. I've finally managed to make solid gains post-cycle with increasing fats and lowering proteins- 30/30/40.

I still count calories but just less strict with them. It's worked well. Beer included...
