    breakfast ideas?

Hey guys. In need of new breakfast ideas, preferably low to no sugar.. Find I'm getting a bit fatter and some people have said may be due to sugar. Lately I've been eating bagels with butter(20g butter) oatmeal with half cup of milk. For protein I can have eggs only on some days(friend and gf have bad allergies) so I usually have a whey powder. I'm just looking to cut out sugar from my diet. Also cutting the poptarts pre workout haha.

For a while now I've been eating a cup or two of no fat/sugar Greek yogurt for one of my morning feedings. Sometimes I'll throw in a cut up piece of fresh fruit that's in season or just add some oatmeal. Mix and eat. Drink some unsweetened almond milk.

Today I had a huge turkey burger that I grilled last night. I cut up a tomato to eat with it. That was at 8 am. Smelled up the office good. Then I had a cup of the Greek yogurt with a cup of oatmeal a few hours later before lunch.

When I'm home I also like to scramble 6 or 8 egg whites and 3 whole eggs and add in a few diced tomatoes and a dash of cheese. I love tomatoes and eggs.

Just need to be creative and go for whatever fits in your macros.

I've been having chocolate protein pancakes with some chocolate chips in them the last few mornings, obviously you might want to cut out the chocolate chips but you can make banana chocolate pancakes, banana pancakes etc, healthy alternatives.

Don't worry about cutting all sugar out from your diet, fructose you can do without but don't make it your life's mission. Just make sure your total net calories each day are less than your TDEE. Count your macros.

I wake up and eat a banana

then I cook up eight whole eggs, with a sprinkle of cheese on top. for the calories, not the flavor.

    then a piece of fruit at 10, 12, 2 and 4

a 12.5 oz can of chicken at 11 and 3

come home, and a banana right before gym

then dinners 1 and 2 as normal.

Of course I count calories and follow my macros and tdee religiously. Yes it's the fructose I'm mostly discussing (fructose without fibre) I.e my poptarts haha. Going to try some protein pancakes when I don't have school or work early.

Seems good but what about carbs? Seems lower in carbs and I only see the real carbs coming from fruit. Just curious.

that's a minimum of six pieces of fruit a day. totaling 177 grams of carbs. and I didn't mention what I ate for both dinners....................

I think maybe you should post your entire meal so we can have a look.

Cutting out poptarts, huh? Let's not get too crazy now.............?

I eat a bowl of oatmeal, 2/3 cup whole oats made with 50/50 water/almond milk, microwave for 3.5 min. I add a table spoon of protein peanut butter, handful mixed nuts and handful of dried cranberries and mix. Then add a scoop of casein protein, handful of frozen mixed fruit and cinnamon. It covers all bases and tastes great.

1 cup of quick oats mixed with 2 cups of water and an apple cut up. Microwave for 3 minutes, add cinnamon and a little Splenda. Egg beater omelette with 1 cup of egg beaters and two large eggs and a sprinkle of feta cheese topped with some mild salsa .

Drink 2 raw eggs. Take a cup of oatmeal dump it into a blender with a scoop of protein powder Peanut butter and 4-8 cooked egg whites drink it and feel like a champ. I use to eat 2 eggs and 8 egg whites every morning. But after bottles of reduced sugar ketchup the thought of looking at that crap in the morning just pissis me off. I eat it so slow now. Think like a 90 year old blend it and get it in ya
