Sounds like you need to change something, 160lb could be decent progress, depending on where you've come from. For example I've gone from 110lb to 150lb, 2-3% more BF than at 110 over the course of about 15 months (coming from a malnourished state) So I'm still small as hell, but considering where I've come from I've made a lot of progress.
If you've run this split for a long time, try something else, try training for strength if you never do. Try a 3 on 1 off split, try doing full body workouts 4x a week, try an upper/lower/rest split, you need to find what works for you. Progress is slow and requires a lot of patience whether you're using gear or not.
If you're not progressing, especially on gear, something is wrong with either your diet or training.
