Here is a layout of what i eat every day.

    3:30pm- 25 gram protein shake
    6pm- 4oz of grilled chicken

Again this is all on a cut so i wanted advice if i should space my meals differently or eat less or more of a certain thing, or cut certain things out, thanks again for all the help.

Anavar itself won't burn fat, if anything it'll make it so you retain majority of muscle as you cut down the fat and can perhaps (emphasis on perhaps) build very little amounts of muscle.

It's all well and good telling us what you eat, but its better if you post the macronutrients with each meal/food

    EG:
    Chicken breast - 1g carb/23g protein/3g fat/125 calories (not actual numbers)

This way we can give you the ideal amount of calorie needed to cut and see how you're doing from a macro nutrient standpoint also

I've done it for myself, for 2 of my friends and for my sister. It really isn't, if you care about it you'll make time for it.

If this is your general approach AAS probably is not for you.

Protein Cheerios? What the hell is that? Would love the macro stats on those.

In general it sounds like you do not like to cook and have not paid much attention to any of the stickes here and instead just put some crap together.

Haha, the protein cheerios were a trial thing there shit now, I eat 5 eggs and a bowl of oats replacing that, I do love too cook, i cook all my grilled chicken, and I usually cook 5lbs of it on a Sunday and it's all gone by the followinng sunday, i have put my macros together before , I can do it, and will do it soon, but I usually just use an app plug my macros in, and eat accordingly until my macros are fit
