I'm a 32 year old guy from New Zealand, been training for 5 years, seriously for 3 years.
Just on the come-back from colon cancer, so I've signed up for some advice on possibly getting assistance to help me regain lost size etc.
Dropped from 97kg to 74kg, trained throughout chemo and managed to regain 9kg so I'm currently sitting at 83kg. But I'd really like to speed up my recovery and minimise fat gain.
I suffered some kidney damage during chemotherapy so I am a bit nervous of going illegal, though I've been told short term use shouldn't be risky.
I've just had bloods done and my testosterone was on the lower end of the scale at 14.9 nmol/L, so I might have the option of prescribed therapy?
Not really sure where to start or what may be useful for me - if anything... so any advice would be awesome!
