2nd meal after insulin shot

I know that post insulin shot i must eat 10g of simple carb per 1iu.
what about 2nd meal after shot !
How many carbs should be and complex or simple ?

Should include proteins and healthy fats(really small amount) "Youll get more fat cells that way"
Should also take complex carbs with simple.but end of the day take your blood glucose levels regardless. Better to be sore than dead. lolololol Good Luck
