Clean diet. No dairy, no protein shakes. Only supps are rsp bccas, fish oil and enzymes. I fart literally every 30 seconds. And suggestions? Thanks in advance.

Yea but it started before that. I just started the rsp regen about 2 weeks ago. Has has been since I went in a clean diet. The enzymes help a little but it's bad and guys at work are getting pissed cause I smell all day. Lol

Irritated bowel syndrome? Crohns decease? Gluten intolerante?

Noticed myself that when i change diets, it takes some time to get used to it.

If it doesnt get better, go see a doc.

I had the same issue a couple of months back. started a thread on it too. the GI distress is gone now. but it took time for me to figure it out. everyone is different. there is also a common denominator. you have an incomplete digestion process.

in the short term until you figure this out, massive amounts of gas-x will help. as you eat, you are swallowing/chewing them down. I can take upwards of a gram during a meal. And I can do this with every meal. I purchased 10 bottles of 100 tabs of 80mg each, and went through a majority of them until I figured out and began to understand what was going on.

    Good luck!

Thanks. Gas x seemed to help. Took it last night. I may try cutting egg whites out for a shake and oatmeal. I usually do 6 eggehites for breakfast.

YEAH, it was YOU that finally kicked my ass enough before I started listening. the culprit with me is that I reacted to almost anything/meal/food from a shaker cup. I had a few cases of frozen egg white, still in the process of giving them away. no more whey, just whole food, properly chewed, like god intended.

take GasX while you are eating, not after when the gas starts. by then, it is too late. it needs to be mixed mixed with the food you are eating if you want it to really work.

There's your issue. I usually have 8oz liquid egg whites preworkout, and another 8oz PWO - my co-workers wanna hang me.

I didn't mean I put them in the shake. I ment to say I'll have a shake instead. They are from eggs not egg beaters. Is a shake a good enough sub for egg whites or is there something else I can eat with my oatmeal at 430am. Thanks guys.

Personally, I opt for whole / 'real' foods over shakes whenever possible, but if you can't stand the smell of yourself ... well, ya gotta do what ya gotta do.

I train early in the morning as well, and that's the very reason I opt for egg whites (liquid). I just deal with the farting. If I had more time (or will power to get up even earlier), I'd much rather sit down to nice meal of cooked eggs and hot oatmeal instead of chugging raw oats dumped into egg whites.

I put a scoop of casein protein powder in my oatmeal every morning. Just make your oatmeal a bit more liquid and then mix in the powder, it will thicken it up. Eggs give me gas no matter how I eat them.

I like the casein better than whey in my oatmeal, it stays in the system longer, more like food.

After a few weeks of different testing I stopped bcaa's that was the issue not the food. So now do I switch brands or drop it all together.
