Ok guys I need a little more expertise I just got in some 10mg var for my wife it's her first cycle.
Yesterday I only gave her 5mg and today I did the same. I was thinking about just giving her another 5mg tonight and just keeping her at 10mg a day. We both do crossfit so she really isn't trying to be a bodybuilder, she just wants to develop a 6pack our nutrition is really clean, and she wants to get stronger and perform better in the workouts. Should I keep her at 10mg or move her to 20mg within the next few days and stay there?
