I did a 6 week var cycle at the beginning of the year and at one stage I was taking 20mcgs. I soon had to drop back to 10mcgs due to the severe shin splints I started getting. Cardio was out of the question, and even walking leisurely up the street was excruciating.
Unfortunately I also experienced severe acne which didn't go away even after i finished the cycle, so had to jump on roacutane to fix it. Overall it worked a treat, and 10mcgs was enough for me (I am a petite build). The most obvious change for me was my back which became much broader! Iv attached an old pic.
