I ask because mine is VERY pronounced. The leaner I am the worse it looks Looks almost as if I have a 3rd upper ab. Not sure if an orthopedic or a plastic surgeon could simply push it back in by slightly breaking it? I also don't want to have something that keeps me out of the gym for a long period of time.

It's something that came about in the last year or so which is odd. I prob. jacked it up training BJJ or something. Google hasn't found what I am looking for. Guess it's quite uncommon.
