    Help needed!!!

    Alright guys haven't been on here for a few years and also had a break from training for no reason in particular just new house baby and business but as of now after seeing a picture of myself 3 years ago and seein myself now I really need to sort myself out and lose weight anyway enough of babbling on basically I am 16.11stone prob about 30-40% body fat I'm not to sure that's is just a guess from myself. I can't seem to find the info i am looking for so I was hoping someone could help me sort my diet out thanks

    If you drink beer, pop, or alcohol, STOP, that is the first step. I too had fallen off the training wagon a few years back, gained about 50-60lbs of fat, and was disgusted in myself. I quit drinking for 90 days as that was the reason for most of the weight gain, cleaned up my diet, and hit the gym hard. Eating healthy, unprocessed foods with proper potion sizes and hitting the gym should be enough to get you back in the game. You just need to figure out what works best for you and put the time in. Good luck, I am sure you will get some more detailed diet info as more people read this thread.

    Agreed with the above. You didn't put it on over night so you need to look at this as a constant fine tuning process. There is tons of information out there on how to diet right, get your TDEE etc. Start with the basics and be consistent with your training and a diet plan. Cut out the junk for starters and get in the gym.
