Anabolic Diet help for first cycle

I believe I posted this is the wrong section before so please forgive my double posting.

    Age: 34
    Weight: 198
    Height: 6'1"
bodyfat: 9-10% (bod pod and 7 site skin fold)
Goal: Gain as much LEAN mass as possible
    Previous cycle: PH Hdrol only

    Reduce XT
    Post Cycle 3X
    HCGenerate

Ok now for my questions. Current TDEE is about 2900 calories. Currently reverse dieting and plan on lean bulking into cycle. I'm thinking of going into cycle with 500 calories above my TDEE and adding 150 calories every other week if progress stalls. I'd like to minimize fat gains on cycle. I plan on eating super clean with fat and protein staying the same while increasing carbs if needed. Macros as follows:

    Fats: 60-70g
    Carbs: 400g
    Protein: 300g

Any thoughts or advice on this? Also for PCT I plan on bringing calories to 200 above TDEE, will this avoid fat gain while keeping lean mass? I'd hate to loose all lean mass gained on cycle and be back where I started.

you construct your nutrition plan. Anabolics has nothing to do with it. It may have something to do with your activity level when calculating your TDEE, but that's about it.

Very thorough layout, can't even find anything to nitpick

Looks great, pretty excessive on the cycle supports, drop the trenavar. HCG until 3 days before PCT. Not very knowledgable about PCT nutrition but sounds fine.

Surplus sounds good. Protein is pretty excessive, don't really need any more than 200g at your bodyweight.

Eating post cycle is tricky. You def don't want to cut and you def dont want to over eat as it will turn to fat. The old rule of thumb was to keep on the amount of calories (usually 500 a day over TDEE) through pct...... I don't know, never really did much for me but add some bad weight. I think 200 is a fair amount and I would take mostly in the form of protein and quality fats. You will def lose weight through pct and it will be a combination of water and muscle.... No way around it. The fat will remain so you need to be patient through pct and don't diet down. At the end of your pct weigh yourself and adjust your TDEE from there and be careful not to overtrain.

And while you are on cycle I would keep your protein at 1.5 grams like you outlined. The theory behind AAS increasing nitrogen uptake and utilizing more protein to build muscle tissue leaves us to create the best possible scenario by taking in an abundance. The problem is that we really don't know how much uptake occurs so if the body can only digest 30 grams of protein every couple of hours naturally then wouldn't you want to take in more if a compound was going to utilize more of it.

    Really good sum up!
Agree with the posters above and there's not really much too add.
For the PCT I'd try everything to reduce more cortisol. So I'll suppplement with stuff like Vitamine C, Melissa+Lavendel, Ginkgo and enough magnesium. Everything has been proven to reduce cortisol levels.
