    Who's doing Oils ?

    Hey Buds,

    Anyone doing Flax, Omega's, etc TO HELP lower Cholesterol levels?

    I'm getting older now (1 of the side affects of staying around on this planet) and concerned about my Cholesterol levels. They've always been a little high...but not outrageous.

    ANYWAY, trying to be smart.

    So who's doing Oils....?

    Has it helped lower your Bad Cholesterol?
