    if I increase my dosage will my results increase?

    So I'm a 39 year old man starting my second cycle of a t 400 mix.
    My stats are
    6'4"
    180 lbs
    8% body fat
    My ultimate goal is to reach 225 lbs and remain under 10% body fat. I have always been athletic, and stay active in the gym.
    Unfortunately I can't eat as much as I use to for many reasons.
    Work, cost, ect.... I started my first cycle of test 400 8 weeks ago and gain 30 pounds of lean muscle without changing my diet . I always eat clean just not enough! So my question is , if I increase my dosage to 1.5 ml (600mg) from the past cycle of 1 ml (400mg) twice a week will I get an increase in my mass? All things being equal, 1.5 over 1 should increase my protien synthesis by said amount! ? Correct? Please advise me on the dosage . I'm currently eating as much as I can so don't tell me eat more. I'm taking in about 200 grams of protein a day and about the same in carbs. My total caloric intake daily is about 2500/3500 a day depending on gym days. I usually drink a few more protien shakes on gym days. I hit the gym 4 times a week.

    Any advise is greatly appreciated

    There is soooo much wrong with this.

    Are you taking an AI and HCG?

    You can't afford food but you took steroids at 150lbs and 6'4?

    You think you gained 30lbs of lean tissue in 8 weeks!

    You think you can jump straight into a second cycle? That would mean its one long cycle not 2 desperate ones.

    Final question, are you for real or are you trolling us?

    technically I'd say yes you don't see ant ifbb pros on stage runNing 500mg of test but you shouldn't be cycling if you can't afford to buy the amount of food you need.

    And FYI your right, I'm not on a cycle as I will never come off the test..... I'm not a young kid! I'm a grown ass man.

    I'm for real. I have a big family. 5 kids and wife . I can't afford to eat all the food.

    I get the test at cost bro... my money issues aside, will an increase in dosage give me what I want?

    You can increase your test dosage to 5,000mg a week and without getting in the calories you will not grow! Food is used to pack on, maintain, and lose size not oil. Injecting a few extra ml's of oil is not going to put you 40lbs heavier. Take it from me when I had a shit diet I doubled my doses and guess what I gained maybe 3lbs over the course of a few weeks. I then cut my dosages to a fraction and now I know how to properly eat and I'm much bigger than I used to be. If your nutrition isn't there don't even bother running high doses.

    I'm being 100% truthful and honest I'm not the type to bs. If you start taking in 5000 calories a day consistently then I would 100% tell you to run higher doses as it will get you better results.

    On the other side of this coin, I have proven that the oil will increase protien synthesis in any caloric diet! I did gain 30 pounds in 8 weeks. No Change in the amount of food I was eating. I just grew from the juice and hard work at the gym!

    What AI are you taking? And any HCG? You are actually taking 800mg of test per week on your first cycle? Again, that 30lbs is NOT solid muscle.

    Yes I'm takin 800 mg on my first cycle. I'm considering 1200 mg.
    Till I reach 225lbs. It's not unheard of and since no one has ever overdosed on test what's the big deal! I'm already bald and about to be 40 years old! Sooooo why not?

    Breakfast 5 whole eggs 1 cup oats with blueberries and bananas cinnamon brown sugar = ~800 calories
    Second meal 1.5 Cup rice 6oz chicken 2tbsps extra virgin olive oil at the end ~700 calories
    Third meal 1.5 Cup Rice 2 cans tuna 2tbps extra virgin olive oil at the end ~700 calories
    Post Workout 1.5 cups rice 8oz red meat 1tbsp extra virgin olive oil at the end 750 calories minimum
    Fourth meal Blend & Drink 1 Cup oats 1 banana 1 scoop whey 1 cup milk 2-4tbsps peanut butter 1000-1250 calories
    Last Meal Cottage Cheese / Almonds / Casein Shake = Extra 300 or more calories

    This puts you at ~4,500 calories and if you eat any ice cream pizza or junk at some point your in the 5k calorie region. It's easy bro just get your breakfast down, meal 2+3 is sooooooo easy to eat fast and very light, your post workout meal you'll be hungry so down it easy, an hour or two later have a shake easy to drink and before bed just get a little willpower and add in a snack. Just be consistent. This is very easy to do these meals are light and pack in the calories.

    Take advantage of healthy fats I listed and one of the most important things, make sure your food taste good!! Add in hot sauce, soy sauce, seasoning, marinate the shit out of your meats! All these foods here are super cheap too only expensive thing is the half pound red meat post workout.

    Yes the 30 pounds is pretty close to accurate! I have pics to prove it. I'm sure there's some water weight but probably not more then 6 or 8 pounds! I gain fast. I've always been this way, and I'm sure if I eat more I would gain faster. But my initial question is about whether an increase in dosage would cause an increase in muscle mass with all things being equal or remaining the same. I'm not taking anything else besides clomid for estrogen sides, and I never plan to cycle off. A simple yes or no is sufficient thank you... I understand the importance of diet. I understand caloric intake and the affect it will have on my gains. Again ALL things being equal will an increase in my dosage cause me to gain more mass??????

    you gained 30 lbs of lean muscle while maintaining under 10% bf in 8 weeks on cycle?

    Yup! Got the pics to prove it. But that's not amazing, I've done three or four times in the past with only diet and hard lifting. I'm not freak of nature I just gain muscle fast.

    You gain muscle so fast when not on AAS that you were a whopping 150lbs at 6'4 before you started your cycle, lmfao

    Before this last job I was 202 pounds of lean muscle. Still under 10% fat...

    Clomid as an anti estrogen? But no Aromatase inhibitor? Buddy nearly all that 30lbs is water I bet.

    Importance of diet yes. Importance of safely running a cycle even more so. There's more danger than going bald. Much more.

    Where does it end, just an increase in dosage until you hit 225lbs eating 2500cals per day?

    Here is some reading for you, I strongly urge you to follow it. Get yourself some HCG. Get yourself an AI and get yourself some pct meds and stop your cycle whilst you figure this whole thing out.

    Because of my job butt head! I work 14 hr days 7 days a week and I usually only ate once a day until about 10 weeks ago. But my schedule has changed and I'm able to eat and go to the gym regular now.

    I also will use a Aromatase inhibitor when I need it. I have it but have not taken it yet as I'm only on week 10 of my test. No need yet.

    You have bloodwork to say you don't need one? Can you post the numbers up?

    No, not clear. A few posts up you said test for 10 weeks.

    I think you should go away and read that link and put it into practice, you clearly don't have enough knowledge to do this safely. A great man (and a not so great one) said that 'more is not better. Better is better'.

    You should stop your cycle get your pct meds and run a pct. Learn what you can before you hop on again and in that time you can nail your diet with help from our diet forum and gain those lbs lost back naturally.

    Before and after. And as for the post of me being on the test for ten weeks I made a typeo. Simple mistake. Again I've been on test 400 for 8 weeks . My current diets has not changed in 10 weeks.

    Lol. Your cat. You guys are great! Very funny. Yes I lift . Remember I'm 6'4". Long muscles. I bench 205 and squat around 300. I'm not trying to be the big guy or strongest guy. I just want to be healthy and look good for a guy about to turn 40.
