    What are the chances?

    That my natty test will be the same as before? Total newbie question, I know. I'm prepping for my first ever cycle.
    45
    lifting since 14
    12-13% bf
    usually around 165-170 but had shoulder surgery this yr and lost some weight; about 151 now and need help getting back up to 170. I'm just finding it harder and harder as I get older to keep size on. Was planning a 10 week of 300mg E (150 twice per week), with AI and Nolva/clomid for PCT. Was not planning on HGC.
    I have morning wood every morning and prefer to believe "if test was good before, it should be fine after".
    I know no one can say for sure and I hold my own destiny with my own decision. Just curious what some vets have to say.

    Your chances will be decreased without running hcg.
    did you get blood work to check your base levels yet?
    I am 38 and fully recovered from numerous cycles with blood work.

    Have you run labs to see were your test levels are pre cycle? If not you should

    I have not run any labs yet, I should tho. I know source questions about product is restricted but how about blood work? Is it ok to ask where most of you go for it? Is it mail order? I certainly can't ask my Dr for it, lol.

    I just wanted to ask what the heaviest you ever were was and roughly what bf % scince you've been lifting so long

    you can order blood work thru personal labs .com, but steroids will not add weight/size to your frame, food will.

    My heaviest was 180 at about 15% with a four site pinch test.

    I know; I have an extremely fast metabolism and have always had a hard time gaining weight. I know everyone on forums hates the term "hard gainer" but if anyone believes in it...it's me.

    Not being a smart ass, but I have to ask, test will not accellerate muscle gain while eating in a caloric surplus, no?
    Yes, Swolehead, I've been lifting since I was 14, I'm very small framed and will never be huge. At this time in my life I'm ready to give up on being "natty", I couldn't care less anymore. I want it to be my turn and I want it now dammit.

    how tall are you?

    170 is achievable natural and advisable to reach before starting steroids. If you're having trouble gaining weight just use eating techniques to eat more and see where it takes you, count your calories and guarantee a surplus. Try eating more often, eating more calorically dense foods (ie. pasta, peanut butter, full fat yoghurts etc) and force feeding until your stomach adapts to the volume.

    Thanks Khazima, I'm 5-9. I do plan on going on a bulk as well but even when I do bulk, muscle just comes very hard for me and I keep my sessions pretty intense.
