Well me and my family have been on a strict chicken and turkey meat routine for the last two years,it was going good until i have started eating more cow and bison meats the last month.roast beef sandwich's,instead of turkey chili its been bison chili,and so on.i have noticed a big gain in muscle definition ,strength and recovery.i have also started hitting squats 5x5 twice a week the same time.I am wondering if its the meat or the routine,or just both??????
