    1st cycle advice

    I'm 46 years old about to start my 1st cycle in my life. I'm 5'9" about 185 and over 10% bf. I'm thinking of doing 250 test enath per week for 10 weeks. My guess is that the low dosage will be good as an experiment. I work out 3 to 5 times weekly. Mainly crossfit plus I climb, hike and race. I'm only looking for mild but noticeable gains in size and some better body composition

    Raise to 500 per week..
    Are u lifting any weights ?

    Yes I am lifting. Mostly power lifting moves and Olympic weight lifting. Also doing a ton of pull ups. My cardio is mostly anaerobic like sprints and hill repeats

    Thanks Rida5d there are actually 2 really good posts on here. I've been reading and researching about 2 months now plus talking to my friend doing the cycle I was describing above with estrogen blocker. He has had respectable gains
