I'm 46 years old about to start my 1st cycle in my life. I'm 5'9" about 185 and over 10% bf. I'm thinking of doing 250 test enath per week for 10 weeks. My guess is that the low dosage will be good as an experiment. I work out 3 to 5 times weekly. Mainly crossfit plus I climb, hike and race. I'm only looking for mild but noticeable gains in size and some better body composition
