I've been taking Trt for about 2 years finally about to add some hcg. I take shots a week saturday and wednesday. What days do I add hcg? I just want to do 2 shots of hcg a week

There are a few ways to do it. I prefer to inject my hCG on the same day as my testosterone injections.

Some people like to inject hCG the day before their testosterone (on a 2x/wk protocol).

There really isn't a wrong way to do it as long as your E2 is monitored while adding it to your protocol.

That's right. It's pretty simple. Just do it the way you feel most comfortable. I do it every day in the same syringe with T shot. All very low dose. 875iu/week of hCG. 98mg/week of T. Both bring my Total and Free levels outside of the upper ranges.

If you're taking two injections of testosterone per week, the easiest and most convenient way to plan out your HCG is to simply take it the same day as you do your testosterone. You can even put it all in the same syringe if you'd like. Personally, I take my testosterone in one syringe IM and the HCG subQ in another, that's just my personal preference.

I've taken my Hcg the day after, day before and day of my Testosterone injections without any noticeable difference. For convenience and fewer total weekly injections I now do my T/Hcg together in the same syringe subq.

I went back to weekly injections as of late so now I do my HCG two days befor and the day before my test. When I was on twice weekly, I did it in between both test shots.

HCG does a nice job of plumping up the nads. You don't really need HCG but it does make the units look more normal.
