I'm 31 yo, 5.9 ft and 178.5 Lbs. I've been training for more than 7 years. I'm in a good condition and ready to the next step. I'm now training 5 times x week (upper/lower routine) and on the Zone diet.

if goign for mass tru working out only 2-3 times a week heavy IMO and rest the other days, I rec EOD , google "DC training, something along those lines is nice, cept I go much longer.
