I'm 30 years old and been back in training for 2 months after 2years off with a injury ive had a cortisone injection off the Dr in my shoulder so I'm able to train again. In the 2 years off ive gone up to 16st 7lbs but have dropped to 15st 5lbs now. I'm thinking of doing a course of sust 250 and was thinking from what I've read that I should do 1ml twice a weak just looking for tips and after care info aswell. I should mention my goals I want to lose my body fat while gaining muscle but not looking to get massive just athletic looking. Thanks in advance
