Why dont you calculate your TDEE using an online calculator and then you will have a better idea of what you should be taking in. On a cut you would typically deduct 3-500 calories per day from your TDEE with your given amount of activity level factored in.

And does it matter where my calories are coming from?

Of course..... You can find a macro chart in the diet section stickies that will list quality proteins, carbs and fats. I like to use a 40/40/20 split of 40% protein, 40%carbs, and 20% fat. That ratio can be adjusted a bit but will serve you well as a jumping off point.

It matters more for staying satiated on a cut and performance than anything else.

You're fat is dangerously low, it should be 60+ for hormonal reasons. You're potentially damaging your endocrine system by taking in such low fats, fat is needed for many processes the main concern for us being hormones.

Your macros are insanely low as well, far far to low, 1200 calories for a 180 pounder is just crazy, add atleast a thousand calories and use a TDEE calculator as BB said to calculate your TDEE (total daily energy expenditure).

The lowest you should go on fats is 50 grams. Below that and you would be in contest prep. Figure the tde as mentioned above, and you should only be losing a pound a week, so adjust your cals accordingly each time you stall, and drop the weight slowly.
