Hey guys and gals, my name is Alli and I'm new here. 25 year old female, been lifting for about 8 years on and off and just came back off a shoulder injury about 4 months ago. Been scouring the site for a little while now and the amount of posts and information is pretty overwhelming! I'm coming to the end of a bulk and have thought about maybe running a cycle during my cut so I don't lose muscle mass (this has been advised to me from other people). Is this something that would be worth doing? I've made a lot of progress over the last few months but being in the military I can't just be on a permanent bulk since we have to make weight every 6 months. Any advice on an AAS or maybe even a pro hormone that would help preserve muscle during a deficit? Thanks in advance.
