..........this is something we do over a lifetime. What's a couple extra weeks one way or another by changing things around mid cycle? Unless you have some kind of deadline? If you do this right, well, you already know what I'm going to say. If you do this right, it's the slow progressive growth that provides the greatest benefit over time. And changing things up mid cycle seems to be at odds with this philosophy. if you want to run Tren A, dedicate a full cycle that has Tren A as part of what you are doing.
It's funny, I'm never the most ripped bloke in the gym. But one thing I am is consistent. I see blokes come and go. A few years back, there was this dude in the gym looking pretty pumped. And then he disappeared. Saw him at Costco in a T last summer, and what ever he had was gone. Or most of it anyways. My point is clear to most. I would rather be at 12% 240lbs for ten years, than 10% at 240 for four years.
In the long run, adding Tren A for a few weeks mid cycle is pointless
