    Thinking of bumping up my Test dosage

    I'm pulling bloods next week to see where I'm at but I'm on week 6 taking the following:

    Test C: 600mg/week
    Deca: 400mg/week
    Started week 2: Turinabol 50mg/day
    HCG and Anastrozole

    My strength is up a TINY bit but nowhere where I feel it should be at this point in my blast. I'm on TRT at 200mg/week Test C and I'm wondering if I just need a little more. I'm thinking of bumping up to 800mg/week Test C and keeping the Deca the same. This is my first time running Deca and I know it's a slow acting ester but not my first go with Test. My weight is at the same as when I started also.

    Thoughts?

    why, it takes up to 4 weeks for any test C dosing changes to kick in. you'd be on week ten of twelve before you would really notice anything

    at this point, mid course corrections are better with short burners like P or A

    Would I have to switch completely to Prop from Test C? I'm not going to do it but thinking about future cycles.

    you could keep it 600c/week and then bump say another 100 or so a week of a or p

    that way, your pct protocol doesn't change, and you get the kick right away.

    except you are TRT, so forget the pct thought.

    I've been doing short esthers and I'm beginning to prefer them over slow burners for cycling

    If you were to add say 100mg/week of Prop would you take one shot per week or would you split it up to EOD like you would typically do with Prop? Would it cause spikes and valleys injecting just once per week?

    eod with prop

    so for me, I'd pin 2x a week for the c - 1.5ml per shot (assume 200mg/ml)
    and eod with the prop. this is a small amount. about 1/10th or a bit more of a ml eod assuming 250mg/ml

    I go through a lot of needles

    Why the tbol at wk2? Tbol's normally used to jump start the cycle.

    I started T-Bol at week 5 at the advice of one of the vets to get it to give me gains towards the end of the cycle. I will run it for 6 weeks.

    How bad of an idea would it be to add Tren Ace at 200mg/week to this blast? I know it's not a good idea to run two 19 nors at the same time but I'm curious if at a low dose it wouldn't be so harsh? Also, since I'm on TRT Shutdown isn't a concern but will I crash hardcore when I go back to my TRT?

    I'm really disappointed with this blast right now and really trying to get the most gains possible.

    not a big fan of a lot of changes mid cycle myself.

    but that's just a personal preference.

    I hear ya. I truly put a lot of research and planning into this blast but was hoping for some better results. I know the gains are less each cycle as we advance.

    you're not planning on competing, so just take your time.......

    ..........this is something we do over a lifetime. What's a couple extra weeks one way or another by changing things around mid cycle? Unless you have some kind of deadline? If you do this right, well, you already know what I'm going to say. If you do this right, it's the slow progressive growth that provides the greatest benefit over time. And changing things up mid cycle seems to be at odds with this philosophy. if you want to run Tren A, dedicate a full cycle that has Tren A as part of what you are doing.

    It's funny, I'm never the most ripped bloke in the gym. But one thing I am is consistent. I see blokes come and go. A few years back, there was this dude in the gym looking pretty pumped. And then he disappeared. Saw him at Costco in a T last summer, and what ever he had was gone. Or most of it anyways. My point is clear to most. I would rather be at 12% 240lbs for ten years, than 10% at 240 for four years.

    In the long run, adding Tren A for a few weeks mid cycle is pointless

    Yes im with you on that roman consistency his the key.

    I often see people yoyo with there shape and size while i have stayed at approx 230lb @15% for about the last 15 years!!

    I agree that it's a marathon and not a sprint but with these small sprints we always want to see some forward momentum. I fed look better since starting this blast and I've leaned out some which is odd for a bulk. I still have quite a few weeks left so I'm sure I will get some additional gains.

    I think another reason I'm not gaining weight is because I stopped drinking soda. I think I'm losing fat while gaining some muscle. I used to drink at least 1500 calories per day in soda and now I'm drinking water. That's 10k calories per week which is about 3lbs of fat.

    I'm going to hold steady with my original cycle and make my notes and use this as a learning experience for future cycles

    You dont have anything to worry bout... How many weeks are you gonna run this cycle?

    Think about it, you started TBol at week 5, so this cycle was not jump started. The Test kicked in maybe a week ago, and the Deca is probably JUST now coming into play. Your probably going to blow the **** up the next 6 weeks if your eating enough

    I am NOW. I stopped completely 2 weeks ago. It's always been my only vice but it was a CRAZY VICE because I drank MORE soda than any human being should ever in a lifetime. HAHA I would drink at least 2 liters per day if not 3. It's crazy that one could eat so healthy throughout the day yet ruin everything by drinking this crap. The sad reality is that I don't even miss it at all and it was way easier to give up than I thought it would be. I did have a few this weekend though when I was out on a date night with my wife but I don't drink alcohol so 3 sodas over 2 days won't kill me.

    You're prob. right. Today was chest day and I did add 20lbs. to my bench so I'm obviously happy about that. This was also after doing pretty heavy incline dumbell presses. I hope you're right. I would love a net gain of 5 lean pounds post cycle.
